What we collect

Information you submit through the enquiry, snapshot request and careers forms — name, telephone number, email address, constituency or area of interest, timeline, services of interest, free-text message and any document you upload. We also collect standard technical information through analytics, including pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referring source.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to assess and scope a possible engagement, to process a job application, and to understand how this website is used so that we can improve it. We do not use enquiry data for any other purpose and we do not sell or rent it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from last contact. Job applications are retained for 24 months. Analytics data is retained for 24 months. Records are deleted at the end of these periods unless a statutory obligation requires otherwise.

Who else sees it

Our website host, our email and messaging providers and our analytics provider process data on our behalf under contract. We do not disclose enquiry information to any other party.

Cookies

This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, and analytics cookies, which are set only with your consent. You can refuse non-essential cookies without losing access to any part of the site.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@cpsr.in and we will respond within 24 months.

Client data

Personal data processed on behalf of a client during an engagement — voter records, survey responses, call logs and volunteer information — is governed by the engagement contract and by our data protection commitments, not by this policy.
