Booth & Ground Operations
A verified machine — committees that exist, agents who are trained, households that have actually been visited.

This is the vertical that decides elections, and it is the one most campaigns cannot check. Lists of panna pramukhs exist. Booth committees are announced. Coverage is reported as complete. And then turnout in those booths comes in below the seat average, and nobody can say why. We built this service around verification because a machine you cannot audit is a machine you cannot rely on.
What we deliver
Panna committee formation, coordination and audit
Every household with a named person responsible for it — and proof that the person did the work.
One worker per page of the voter list, tracked digitally, with random callback audits to voters on assigned pages to confirm contact actually happened. The audit result is reported weekly, including the pages that failed.
Mandal and sector gap audit
An organisation chart with no empty boxes.
A rigorous review of the local hierarchy to find vacant positions, inactive office-bearers and duplicated roles, so that there is a working chain of command from the campaign office to the street.
Booth agent identification and training
Agents who know their rights and use them.
Training on polling-day protocol, agent legal rights, Form 17A and 17C procedure, EVM and VVPAT monitoring, identification of irregularities, and the correct escalation route — assessed before deployment, not assumed.
Sector and BLA coordination
Information moving up as reliably as instructions move down.
Structured briefings for sector officers and booth level agents that synchronise the message and, just as importantly, collect what the field is seeing and route it into the war room.
Door-to-door campaign management
Coverage that is measured, not estimated.
Organised household visits in the booths the strategy prioritises, logged through a mobile app with locality, response and grievance captured — producing a coverage map rather than a claim of completeness.
Volunteer identification and onboarding
A workforce instead of a crowd.
Targeted outreach to find committed supporters, structured onboarding with basic verification, and placement into roles matched to their skills and availability.
Volunteer training
Every volunteer able to represent the candidate correctly.
Workshops covering the campaign message, doorstep conversation technique, handling hostile questions, and correct use of the data-entry app.
Karyakarta management and deployment
Your best workers used where they matter most.
A live database of active workers with attendance, task completion and location, allowing teams to be mobilised for specific tasks within hours and performance to be recognised rather than guessed at.
How we verify a panna committee
A committee list is not a committee. This is the check that tells you which parts of your ground machine are actually working.
- 01
Assign
Every panna pramukh is assigned specific pages of the roll, on record.
- 02
Log
Contact is logged in the app at the time of the visit, with locality and response.
- 03
Call back
Our call centre rings a random sample of voters on those pages and asks whether they were contacted.
- 04
Report
The audit percentage — including failures — appears in the weekly report to the candidate.
Frequently asked
We already have a booth committee structure. What would you add?
Most campaigns do. What is usually missing is verification and reporting — knowing which parts of the structure are working this week. We can audit and strengthen an existing network rather than replace it, and that is often the faster route.
